The Vitamins I take EVERY Day

I take Biotin in the morning and at night

I take Fish Oil.

I take L-Arginine

I take a multi-vitamin

I also drink cranberry juice in the morning and at night -- because it is high in vitamin C, helps maintain a clean urinary tract, and can help lower LDL cholesterol

When I feel sick, I sometimes take extra Vitamin C and B12
