Post workout vitamins

so, I worked out tonight...lifting weights for 20+ minutes

then, I had an 8 oz glass of cranberry juice and the following vitamins:

2 fish oil pills (1000 mg)
1 l-arginine
1 biotin

The l-arginine is to help with blood flow, helping your muscles recover more quickly and boosting your workout results
