My morning vitamins

Every morning I take the following:

1 1000 mg fish oil

1 500 mg (i think) biotin

1 500 mg L-arginine

1 multi-vitamin

The fish oil is to help my heart and lower my bad cholesterol while boosting the good

The biotin is to help my skin and promote hair growth (and it seems to work)

the L-arginine promotes blood flow (muscle repair) and generally keeps blood flowing all around the body

the multi-vitamin is to cover my bases and ensure I get a base amount of nutrients every day
