it is Sunday and I'm feeling a bit sick... cold-like symptoms.
vitamin C and B-12 to the rescue
admittedly, and I think, because of, my new vitamin regimen, I'm much less sick than I've been in a long, long time.
and i almost always use b-12 and vitamin C to shorten the impact/life of a cold. and it works.
