Eat Fish, Don't Stress

Or, at least get some fish oil in your diet. You know, the cure-all with loads of Omega-3 fatty acids!?

That stuff can help reduce stress and anxiety -- which could in turn help lower blood pressure and just make you feel great.

Fish Oil. Omega-3 fatty acids...eat some salmon, tuna, etc. And/or take fish oil supplements and feel better!
